I love making smoothies, and this green one is one of my favourite one to make.
I used the following ingredients:
– English Spinach
– Kiwi Fruit
I used Green Tea as a liquid base rather than water in this green smoothie.
All ingredients are fresh, but you are welcome to use frozen banana to make this green smoothie cool (especially in summer).
To make it, it’s simple, blend together the washed green kale and spinach, once smooth, add in the fruit and blend again.
