Flat chest press (plate-loaded)
5 sets – 10-12 reps

Incline Bench Press
4 sets – 10 reps
*last set: back-off set with amrap

Dip Machine
4 sets – 12-15 reps
*last set uni-lateral

Dumbbell Flyes
3 sets – 15 reps

V-bar pushdown
4 sets – 12-15 reps

French Press
3 sets – 10-12 reps
*last set: back-off set with amrap
