Incline Bench Press
4 sets – 10 reps

Dip Machine
4 sets – 12-15 reps
*last set uni-lateral
Dumbbell Flyes
3 sets – 15 reps
V-bar pushdown
4 sets – 12-15 reps
French Press
3 sets – 10-12 reps
