It’s been over 10 years since I’ve exercised consistently, so I figured it’s time to get back into it considering my job is to promote physical health. It’s officially been one month of exercising and my final weigh-in is upon us. I’ll be discussing what I would have done differently over these last couple of weeks as well as tips for anyone looking into starting a weight loss routine.
