I lost 45 pounds!!! I still have 60 more pounds to lose but I am celebrating my current progress. I only have one body and I am trying to take care of it. I only eat 1 serving of food each meal. I use to eat 2 to 3 servings, so that has definitely helped me shed the weight. I eat more vegetables than I have ever eaten in my whole entire life. I workout and drink lots of water. I will do a separate video about what I eat but I just wanted to update you on my progress so far. Hopefully this will serve as motivation for anyone that is struggling to lose weight. YOU CAN DO IT!!!
