DIY 1: Banana Peel
– Rub the banana peel all over your teeth let it sit there for 10 minutes then rub it off with a dry tooth brush and go in with your regular tooth brush – up to two weeks
DIY 2: Apple cider Vinegar
– 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Gargle every single more and then go in with your normal tooth brushing
DIY 3: Baking Soda + Lemon Juice
– Apply on teeth for 1-2 mins maximum – do not use regularly
DIY 4: Strawberries
– Mash up 4-5 Strawberries apply mixture to teeth let it sit for 10 minutes then rinse off
