Here is one of m,y favourite smoothies of all time! Its packed with vitamins, minerals, protein, fibre, healthy fats and gut healing properties. This gut healing smoothie can be changed to your liking! So feel free to add or subtract any ingredients! In this video I only made half a recipe however when I eat this as breakfast I double it. The recipe below is for a full serving! Enjoy!
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup zucchini
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen
1 tsp flax oil
1 tsp matcha powder
1 tsp spirulina powder or greens powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla protein powder to make it a complete meal (not shown in this video because I’m all out)
Combine all ingredients in a blender until thick and smooth!
