Brain Boosting Superfood Smoothie Recipe


Make this your go­to smoothie for those days when you’ve got to tackle a meeting presentation or a midterm exam and need your noggin running in top gear! To boost your brain power, break out the Cacao Magic and pair it with walnuts and cinnamon for a decadent, dessert­like smoothie (that’s totally fair game for breakfast!). The cacao powder in Cacao Magic contains anandamide (a.k.a. the “bliss molecule”) and flavanoids, which promote blood flow through the brain and increase memory function. The cinnamon teams up with the cacao to even further boost memory and the ability to FOCUS, while the walnuts preserve cognition and keep those little gray cells healthy!

Gather This:
● 1 cup nut milk
● 1 frozen banana
● 2­3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
● 1 tablespoon Cacao Magic Superfood + Protein Blend
● 1 tablespoon coconut oil
● 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
● 1 teaspoon Cacao Bee Honey
● 1 teaspoon cinnamon
● two handfuls ice
● organic pomegranate seeds, cacao nibs, or chopped walnuts (for toppings)

Do This:
Add all ingredients (except your toppings) to a high­speed blender and blend until creamy and
smooth. If it’s too thick, add a bit more nut milk. Pour into your favorite glass, add your toppings,
and enjoy!
