Here’s the recipe for the BEST POST WORKOUT Greens Smoothie:
4 large leaves of kale (stems removed)
2 cups of unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
2 tbsp almond butter
1/4 to 1/2 cup of cacao
1 serving of protein powder of your choice
This recipe serves 2. Cut the recipe in half to make 1 serving.
