Raw Vegan Hemp Milk Superfood Smoothie

presents the basics for making a superfood smoothie with hemps seeds and other live food goodies.

1/2 C hemp seeds
2 C water
vanilla – bean or extract – 1/8 tsp
chia seeds – 2 TB
carob – 2 TB
maca – 1 TB
cacao nibs – 2 tsp
mesquite powder – 2 TB
sweetener (agave, dates, honey, palm sugar) – 1-3 TB
goji berries – 3 TB
pinch of salt
ADD banana or other frozen fruit, spirulina (1 TB)
