My GO-TO Breakfast: NutriBullet Green Smoothie for small waist & shiny hair!

It’s been a while since I’ve done a health and nutrition video, and blenderpartsusa.com was kind enough to send me a few accessories for my NutriBullet, so I thought it’s as good a time as ever for another smoothie recipe.

This is my secret to losing inches off my waist FAST, for glowing skin and for healthy hair. Replace this smoothie with one meal a day (preferably breakfast or dinner!) every day leading up to your event. Make sure you’re getting enough calories and aren’t starving yourself! To lose weight, you do need a SLIGHT calorie deficit over time. But with this smoothie, you can eat normally and you will still see debloating.

Ingredients:
– 1 cup chopped kale. Kale is full of beauty-boosting vitamins A,C, and E, all which have potent anti-aging properties and promote healthy new cell growth.
– 1 cup spinach. The nutrients in spinach nourish our scalps, which encourages healthy hair growth.
– 1 cup frozen mango. Mango contain carotenoids which help give a rosy glow to dull looking skin
– 1 cup frozen pineapple. Pineapple is high in vitamin c, key to the production of collagen
– 1 ripe banana. Bananas contain fiber and resistant starch, which is great for weight loss.
– 1 carrot. Carrots are rich in beta-carotene, vitamin a, c and k, copper and iron
– 1/4 avocado. Avocados hydrate the skin and give you a glow. The monounsaturated fatty acid content in avocado is one of the main reasons its so good for our hair.
– 1 teaspoon flax seeds or flax oil, our skin needs oil to keep it lubricated.
– 1 teaspoon chia seeds, this will keep you full longer.
