I just wanted to share my first experience trying this smoothie recipe!
Smoothie for gut health and to maintain or create a balanced daily diet with tons of macro and micro nutrients! I have been drinking this every day now for the past two weeks, I have made a few minor changes to find something I like and I will be posting that video soon. I love listening to Dr. Rhonda Patrick, I learn so much from her podcasts and videos. If she recommends something I usually try it! I have been looking for a way to get more greens in my diet and to have a more balanced diet vs, keto diet. I hope you like this video xo

Ingredients:
Kale (8 leaves)
Chard (two rainbow chard leaves and stems)
Spinach (2 cups)
Celery (2)
Parsley (8 pieces)
Carrot (1 large)
Tomato (1)
Apple (1)
Lemon (1)
Frozen organic blueberries (1-2 cups)
Avocado (1)
Hydrolyzed collagen powder (1/4 cup)
Water (2 cups of water)
