EASY GREEN SMOOTHIE ROUTINE
In this video I’m sharing with you all of the ingredients that I use for my green smoothie every morning, including all of the supplements I take on a daily basis. For some reason, I get a lot of questions about by diet and fitness routine, which is funny to me because I’m ashamed to say how long its been since I’ve worked out, lol. Due to the fact that I don’t work out or eat as healthy as I should on a regular basis, I try to make sure that I’m getting all of the nutrients that’s missing in my diet with a smoothie and daily supplements. Of course you can switch up any of the ingredients with things that you like, but if you try it, let me know what you think!
