KETO Green Smoothie (No Spinach!) For Inflammation And Joint Pain.

Here’s a delicious keto green smoothie to help you reduce inflammation and joints pain and soreness (Ingredients below).
The best part is this smoothie doesn’t contain fruits high in sugar and also doesn’t have any spinach for those of you who don’t like to eat raw greens.
I use ginger and collagen which have a ton of benefits. Ginger contains anti-inflammatory properties and collagen has been proven to improve joint health and support recovery.

Here’s what you’ll need to make this delicious keto smoothie:
1/2 avocado
1/4 cucumber (optional)
1 tsp fresh ginger
1/4 cup of blueberries
2/3 cup of raspberries
1 scoop of collagen protein (My favorite protein:
1 cup of almond milk (unsweetened)
