Moringa 'superfood' Smoothie recipe


One of my goals for 2020 was to include superfoods into my diet. This smoothie is the perfect way to get in my nutrients for the day! Also it gave me a lot of energy šŸ’«

1 whole mango
Handful of spinach
Handful of blueberries
1/2 tsp morninga powder
1 cup oat milk
1 tbsp agave
1 tbsp maple syrup

The magic bullet blender cup is 24 ounces
