How to Make a Superfood Green Smoothie that Tastes Good! Nutritarian & Vegan

Today I’m sharing my favorite green smoothie recipe. I make this almost every day and absolutely love the taste and how it keeps me full until lunch time! Green smoothies are a great way to get a jump-start on your daily vegetable needs — but careful with store-bought versions that are loaded with added sugars! This recipe includes only naturally occurring sugars from whole fruits.

– 1 1/2 Cups Coconut Milk (unsweetened)
– 1 TBSP Flaxseeds
– 1 TBSP Chia Seeds
– 1 TBSP Collagen Powder
– 1/2 Scoop Protein Powder
– 6-8 Stalks Kale (ripped and loaded to top of blender jug)
– 5-6 Springs Mint
– 1 Large Banana (frozen)
– 1/2 Cup Pineapple (optional — if you need more sweetness, this is a great add-in!)

– Blend until smooth (1 minute in a high-power blender)
