– Flesh and water of 1 young coconut
– Almond milk (unsweetened)
– Sun Warrior vegan protein powder (vanilla flavour)
– Chia Seeds
– Ground Flaxseed
– Handful of Strawberries, chopped
– 1 Banana, chopped
– Raw cacao powder
– Spirulina powder
