Green Smoothie CLEANSE Recipe to LEAN Up


I have a delicious cleansing green smoothie recipe that I would love for you to make, so check it out. Hey, rawkstars, today we are going to dive into making a plant-based vegan green smoothie recipe that uses ingredients that are going to cleanse your body.

Ingredients
1 cup spinach
1 cup coconut water
1 cup frozen mango
1 pear
1/4 avocado
2 tablespoons of hemp hearts

The first thing we’re going to add is one cup of baby spinach. Baby spinach is mild, it’s easy, you can buy it pretty much anywhere, and it has tons of fiber and phytonutrients and all the essentials that your body needs, so it’s fresh, natural goodness all the way.

Next, we’re going to add in is coconut water. Just make sure whatever brand you buy does not have any added ingredients. The only thing that should be on that label is coconut water.

Next up, we’re going to start adding in our fruits, so we’re going to do one cup of frozen mango. Mango is packed with fiber, and it’s also got a really good natural sweetness going on. The second fruit we’re going to add is a pear. You want it ripe because it’s going to be juicier. I’m going to cut out the core and take the seeds out. Pears are pretty low in sugar but high in fiber, which is going to help get things moving through. It’s going to clean out our system and make our body happy.

We’re also going to add 1/4 of an avocado. Avocado is filled with vitamin E, which is great for your skin. It’s a beauty vitamin, and it also has a ton of fats in it, and the healthy fats help the vitamins absorb into your body.

The last ingredient in our cleansing green smoothie recipe is hemp hearts. These have tons of protein and healthy fats, and they’re not going to leave you high. They are going to leave you cleansed and nourished

All right, blend it up, and we are going to have a great smoothie on our hands. This is one thick smoothie with all the hemp hearts and healthy fats and fiber. So if you are trying to cleanse your body, this is the recipe you need to be making. You can also add some hemp hearts on top. It’s a crunchy topping.
