Collagen & Greens Superfood Smoothie


2 scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
1 scoop of Spring of Life Greens powder
8 ounces of coconut water
1 frozen banana
½ tablespoon of honey
A handful or two or ice (depending on how you like the consistency)


Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until well combined.
Enjoy on a higher carb day!
