How To Quit Smoking Cigarettes – Tips to Stop Nicotine Addiction – Bobby Min

Hey guys,

If you want to quit smoking cigarettes, you have to know one huge thing that helped me to quit as well.

That is to surround yourself around people who don’t smoke.

Studies have shown people become the average of the 5 closest people in their lives.

That means if you are currently smoking a lot, that is because you surround yourself with people who smoke.

In order to DECREASE (or even totally get rid of) your smoking habit, you need to stop hanging out with the 5 current people and start hanging out with 5 new people in your life.

This is what I call your new “Top 5”. That will be your new list of people who don’t smoke. Make sure
these new 5 people hate smoking.

This will greatly influence you to smoke less and even not smoke at all.

For instance, if you are around people who smoke, you will end up smoking too much. But if you are
around people who don’t smoke, you won’t be tempted to smoke cigarettes or even cigars.

So get a sheet of paper and write down a list of 5 people you know who don’t smoke. And start hanging out with them more.

You will notice hanging out with non-smokers will influence you to get rid of your old smoking habit.

So stop buying Marlboro reds or lights or Camel filters or non filters or whatever! Stop buying cigarettes & set a quit date & write it down on a piece of paper!
