So, what I’m going to do. This is a nice fall, winter, natural kind of beard. So, now that we’re nearing spring and summer, I’m going to take this down to a closer, more manageable length.

So, you notice how I’m not going up with the clipper? I’m sort of rolling down on the hair. And then, what I’ll do is, I’ll continue doing that on both sides.

Now, I like to go up, taking all the weight off underneath. Take this a little tighter. So, I’m just going to take a little bit of weight out of the middle.

I’m also going to make sure that there’s no lines in the beard. And then, the other little trick is, you can shave, yourself, anything below the Adam’s apple.

So, this can all be shaved clean to the skin. But then, from the point of it being clean shaven, I prefer to not have any definitive lines.

So, at that point, what you want to do is, you want to blend that line that’s very tight. And you want to soften. You want to make sure that there’s no lines. See?

So, you can keep this clean-shaved. And then, you can just blend in. So, from all angles there’s no line. It’s like a groomed, tighter version of less wooly, less fall-like. It’s more of a spring or summer.
