Lifestyle plays a very important role in our regular health and also on fertility potential. The first thing is to stop smoking you are smoking it is pretty much equal to putting your sperms on fire. Smoking not only decreases the sperm count and motility, but also increases the chances of abortion. So stay away from smoking. Tip No 2. Stay away from steroids and drugs. So taking steroids and drugs for the poster perfect body can turn disastrous in the long run and can present with fertility related issues because steroids reduce the sperm count. Tip 3. Stay cool. There is a reason why the testis is situated outside the human body. The normal male body temperature is somewhere between 38 – 39 degree centigrade. But the testis needs to be at a much lower temperature to maintain their normal function. That is the reason why the testis is situated outside the human body. Wearing tight undergarments, placing the laptop literally on the lap, someone who is working outside in hot temperatures lie drivers or who is used to driving the bike for a longer duration of time, all these will increase the temperature of the male groin and also increase the possibility of killing the sperms. So avoid all these features in your day to day life. Tip No4. Stay away from your phone. The radioactive rays coming from the devices have a direct effect on your sperms. So if you are having your phone constantly over a longer period of time near your grin region, it can eventually affect your fertitlity. So the best way is use your phone when you have to and the keep it away from your body, on the table in your work places. tip no 5, Eat healthy food. Food like garlic, spinach, using Vitamin A supplementation, dry fruits like apricots and walnuts, all these when included in an everyday meal, increases the possibility of improving the sperm motility but also the count.
