Raw Vegan GRAVY Recipe with Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes


Super Healthy Plant-Based Gravy! Easy, fast and super delicious. Put it on everything and anything.
Cara’s Gravy Recipe
To blender add:
2 Cups UNsoaked walnuts
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
3 Tablespoons Tamari or Soy Sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
1 large garlic clove
1 cup water
hot pepper to taste (optional)

Blend till smooth. For a sweet kick, add about 2 tablespoons maple syrup or your favorite sweetener. Then blend.
Store in tightly sealed glass jar on top shelf of fridge (coldest on top shelf).
For an exciting, new salad dressing, add savory or sweet gravy to salad greens, and gently toss to coat. Finish with a second dressing of olive oil, lemon juice and a dash of apple cider vinegar.
