Diet of a Natural Bodybuilder (Part 1)

So here’s a run through my typical days eats.. I wasn’t able to film my last meal of the day but it was just low fat cottage cheese (4-5 table spoons) and and rye bread.. Cottage cheese is made up of Casein protein in case you didn’t know. Its a good option for slow release protein before bed. This Video is in two parts so check out Part two.
