BEST EXERCISES FOR LATS

Now we are talking the best exercises for the upper back in this video. Although you can’t isolate individual muscle fibers, these exercises put the most load and recruit the most muscle fibers in your lats. I recommend performing these movements in the hypertrophy rep range of 8-12 reps. I also recommend doing between 3-5 set of each movement depending on your current level. I personally usually do 4-5 sets.
