Hi friends!!! I felt like doing a casual daily vlog…it just so happens it is shark week and I don’t know about you but I always crave the weirdest food combinations while on my period. But I resisted the urge to shove all the bread in my mouth and just tried to eat fairly normal instead. I have been on the look out for a decent high impact sports bra and have yet to find one, I may have to break down and order a SheFit bra. I have been feeling a lot better and ready to get back on track for serious weight loss…it definitely feels like this is weight loss journey 2.0…not restarting just an upgraded version:)
