My January weigh in update! I am sharing my month of January it was lots of highs and lows that month and my goal was to lose the 7.4 lbs I had gained so I am happy with the end result. Excited to share my continued journey with you and I hope me sharing can be helpful in some way.

Note everyone is different. Weight loss involves a lot of work so not every month is the same for me. Also you are your own person and your journey will be so different than mine in a great way because it’s your very own so don’t compare 🙂
