My Weight Loss Journey Visuals [215lbs – 136lbs]

I recently went through tons of old pictures and videos of my weight loss journey over the past few years. I think it’s always really important to stop and look back. Remembering where I started and why I do what I do now is important.

I started my #weightlossjourney at 215+ pounds! I was able to drop 79 pounds to reach 136lbs. I decided I didn’t like 136 and put on some muscle and am now a proud 151lbs! You can do anything you put your mind to. Mindset is KEY!

Now, I train, coach and educate other women on their journey. I want their journey to be a little easier than mine. So I share my tips, tricks, successes, and failures in full transparency. The journey won’t be easy, but it WILL be worth it!
