Vitamin C megadose followup video. A while back I megadosed on vitamin C, taking 10,000mg orally, using ascorbic acid. A few days later I experienced gastritis. I next tried taking oral sodium ascorbate, a non acidic vitamin c form, with little improvement or change. I still am a big advocate on high doses of vitamin c but through eating foods i.e. kale and limes. i currently intake 5,000 mg of vitamin C a day all through juicing fruits and vegetables!.
