For best results, Vitamin C should be applied to the face every day for 6 months (according to my research this will give you the maximum benefits) although I only do this 2-3 times a week due to normal life and being a mom 🙂 even doing it that much has reduced the darkness of the age spots on my face and made the fine lines between my eyebrows less prominent. Try it out and see for yourself!
Doing this mask over time will reduce age spots, and prevent wrinkles. this is good for all skin types (dry, normal, combo, oily, sensitive)
Remember to always wear sun screen, as that will also help prevent premature damage to your face.
