A Johns Hopkins study finds vitamins did not have any effect on cardiovascular health, cancer prevention or dementia. Researchers tested 6000 male doctors for 12 years and found no differences between the vitamin and the placebo groups. If you’re going to buy vitamins, a doctor wants you to keep a couple of things in mind.
