I made it harder on myself to create my bottom tray because my water was NOT hot enough so please make sure you water is hot enough. I will link you to direct instruction on the heating/cooling process of the water and the trays.
HOW MANY SHADES WHITER DID I GO IN THIS ONE USE??
I went surprisingly 7/8 shades whiter in this one use! I’m not sure if you can tell on camera but in person, it looks much better.
– Instructions: Molding the thermo-fitting mouth trays
• Bring 4 inches of water to a boiling and let cool for 6-7 minutes
• Submerge the mouth tray (one at a time) into the hot water for 10-12 seconds
• Close your mouth and suck all the air and water creating suction between the tray and your teeth
• Place the mouth tray into a cup of cold water for 12 seconds to complete curing process
• Repeat steps for lower mouth tray
