I get a lot of questions from you all about what I eat, so I thought I’d share my current favourite green smoothie recipe with you all :).

1 cup (250mL) water
1 cup (250mL) frozen kale
2 stalks celery
1/2 avocado
1 apple
palm size fresh ginger
2 tsp spirulina
2 ice cubes
