Whether you’re making one for breakfast or for a post workout meal, having something EASY that tastes good always wins in my book. (BTW a good post workout meal is super important. It might even be more important than what you eat before a workout. The more intense your workout, the more important it is to eat a proper post workout meal.)
It’s super important to make sure you are giving your body the nutrients it needs and fueling your body with the right foods to help boost metabolism, enhance your immune system, add some much needed energy or rebuild your muscles.

Here’s the recipe for the The EASIEST (and BEST) Green Smoothie to Make w/ Simple Green Smoothies:
2 cups of spinach
2 cups of water
1 cup of mango
1 cup of pineapple
This recipe serves 2. Cut the recipe in half to make 1 serving.
