***More About the BEST Green Smoothie Recipe***

I call it “Morning Glow,” because the ingredients are EXCELLENT for your overall appearance. AVOCADOS are made up mainly of monounsaturated fats, the good-for-you, heart-healthy, Omega 3 fatty acids that can help to lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. SPINACH is loaded with proteins, iron, vitamins and minerals and is sometimes called a superfood! It’s great for the skin, the nails, the bones and, believe it or not, the EYES! Containing lutein, it can help reduce macular degeneration. BANANAS are high in fiber and many essential vitamins and minerals to include Potassium, Vitamin B, Vitamin C and Manganese. GREEK YOGURT is an excellent source of protein and, maybe more importantly, contains probiotics which support a healthy gut (GUT HEALTH is vital for your overall wellness) Maybe the best part? THIS SMOOTHIE IS DELICIOUS***I hope you make it and ENJOY!
