SwimLifeGuru Green Smoothie

Ingredients:
* 1 cup coconut water
* 1-2 tbsp lemon juice (or 1 lemon, peeled)
* 2 handfuls salad greens (mixed greens, spinach, kale, collards, endive, chard, romaine)
* 1/2-1 scoop greens powder (link below)
* 1 stalk celery
* 3-inch piece cucumber
* nub of ginger (to taste)
* nub of tumeric (to taste)
* 1 apple
* 1 orange
* 1 banana

Directions:
Blend leafy greens with liquids until smooth. Then add all other ingredients and blend until smooth. Some of my favorite additions are a tablespoon of hemp seeds and maybe a quarter of an avocado. If it’s not sweet enough, try adding a few drops of stevia.
