With this recipe you can turn your smoothie into a popsicle! Recipe uses the power of Maca powder.
Maca for women and maca benefits for men!Maca powder for fertility. how to turn a smoothie into a cocktail. easy to make piña colada smoothie.Blender drinks and blended drinks with coconut and pineapple. Now for the recipe of this easy to make a piña Colada smoothie.
Ingredients:
4 to 6 ounces of fresh organic pineapple
Two limes
One ripe banana
I can Thai Coconut milk
Shredded Coconut
Maca Powder
Ice
Malibu Rum * optional if you want to turn this smoothie into a cocktail

Instructions:

In a blender, put one entire package of fresh organic pineapple cut into pieces( 4-6 oz)
Add one can of full fat Thai coconut milk
( refrigerate the can of coconut milk over night to get the cream to rise to the top and separate.
Add the juice of two limes
Add 1 tablespoon of Maca powder
( this is your Superfood and will make you feel energized )
Add one ripe banana
Shredded Coconut to taste
Add a cocktail bucket of ice ( about 2 cups)
Blend on high
Serve with an umbrella
You can also turn the smoothie into a cocktail piña colada by adding Malibu rum!
My suggestion would be anywhere from 1 to 2 shots .
