Superfood smoothie recipe – ADC

½ cup water
½ cup ice
1 cup fresh blueberries, rinsed
1 banana, peeled
2 cups kale, packed (Baby kale works great for this. You can also substitute spinach for kale.)
½ cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds (Optional)


Combine all of the ingredients in a blender.
Blend until combined to the consistency you want
