For 1 smoothie
*1 tbsp protein powder – I used almond protein powder
*Add water or vegan milk according to your own choice- about half a cup or more, water is a lighter option, in each option, the result will be a creamy smoothie.
*1/2 tsp of Maca powder
*1/2 cup of frozen berries.
–Blend all the ingredients
–Sprinkle 1 tbsp of Bee Pollen on top
