Ginger is great for headaches, morning sickness, and brain health, but it also works as an antioxidant. More than enough for me to try it! I made a green ginger smoothie to satisfy my sweet tooth and boost my energy. Here is the recipe for you!
• 2 handfuls organic spinach
• 1 cup filtered water
• ½ avocado
• 1 medium banana
• 1 tablespoon greek yogurt or tahini
• 2 dates, pitted
• 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root, chopped (adjust to your taste)
• Juice of 1 lemon
