Spinach Apple Smoothie/Full of Iron & Antioxidant Detox Weight Loss Smoothie/ Healthy Green Smoothie


Today we are making a Spinach Apple Green Smoothie Recipe. Green smoothies are healthy smoothies because they are packed full of vitamins. Generally they are green because of spinach or kale that is mixed into the smoothie. Here we are taking spinach with various fruit that balances out the bitter flavor of spinach. Just like my other recipes, it is super easy to make. I am not adding any other sweeteners to this green smoothie because we want to keep them to be as natural and healthy as possible. Here we are using apples and banana to sweeten the smoothie and make it creamy. Green smoothies are a great way to get all the nutrients of veggies without having to eat a ton of them!!!. Ingredients :
Spinach – 2 Cup
Apple – 1 chopped
Cucumber – 1/2 chopped
Banana – 1 chopped
Pitted Dates – 3
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp.
Ginger – 1/2 tsp. grated

For topping:
Chia Seeds – 1 tsp.
Pumpkin Seeds – 5-6
Flex Seeds – 1 tsp.
