I received a lot of messages and comments about my smoothie I showed in my Morning Routine video so I wanted to share it with you, as well as share my *favorite* smoothie recipe for Fall – Pumpkin Spice! Both of these are vegan and gluten free as well! I would love to hear how you like these if you end up trying them, so please let me know what you think! 🙂 I hope you enjoy! ❤ Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Recipe: ❤

2 frozen bananas
*Peel the banana, cut it into small pieces and freeze in a ziplock bag either overnight or for a few hours before making the smoothie

2 pitted dates (maple syrup or agave nectar would work too)

1/2 can of pumpkin

1 teaspoon of gluten free vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger, ground clove, cinnamon, and ground nutmeg OR pumpkin pie spice
* These don’t have to be exact measurements, you can add these to taste

1 teaspoon – 1 tablespoon of flax seeds (optional)

1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

❤ Superfood Smoothie Recipe: ❤

2 bananas

A handful of any type of frozen fruit you prefer – I used about 5 mango chunks and a few strawberries

1 tablespoon of Goji berries

1 tablespoon of Chia seeds

1 scoop of Acai powder

1 teaspoon of Spirulina powder

1 teaspoon of cacao powder

Coconut water
