My Easy Green Smoothie Recipe

Today I’m sharing my go-to green smoothie recipe! Green smoothies are my favorite way to get some greens, fruit, and superfoods into my diet. This is my breakfast most days since it’s so quick and easy. Give this video a thumbs up if you plan on making this!

This Green Smoothie recipe is super customizable. Feel free to alter the amounts of everything until you find a mix you like!
▸ 2 bananas
▸ 2 cups of any greens of your choice
▸ 1 serving of fruit of your choice*
▸ 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
▸ 1/2 Tbsp flaxseed
▸ 1/2 cup of water (add less water for thicker consistency, more water for thinner consistency)

*Recommended “smoothie friendly” fruit: banana, mango, peach, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, papaya, pineapple, soft pear, kiwi (if you don’t mind seeds)
