I Try Reese Witherspoon’s Green Smoothie Recipe // Reese Witherspoon is one of my favorite actresses and when she posted this Green Smoothie recipe on her IGTV, I HAD to try it!
What shocked me about this recipe was there were so many greens in it! Which got me thinking… would it taste good? Or would it be gross?
In this video, I share the whole recipe, the tweaks I made to it and what I REALLY think about Reese Witherspoon’s Green Smoothie!
Here’s the full recipe for my Reese Witherspoon’s Green Smoothie Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
½ cup spinach
½ cup coconut water
1 whole banana, peeled
1 whole apple, chopped
1 whole pear, chopped
1 whole lemon, skin cut off
Celery (optional)
Almond butter (optional)
Instructions:
Blend ingredients in a vitamix, using a tamper to push all the ingredients down to blend them fully.
Store half of the smoothie in the fridge for tomorrow.
Drink the other half!
My Ingredients:
1 head romaine lettuce
2 cups kale
½ cup water
1 whole banana, peeled
1 whole green apple, chopped
1 whole pear, chopped
1 whole lemon, skin cut off,
2 stalks celery
1 tbsp tahini
