– 4 ounces brewed mate, cooled to room temp or fridge temp
– ½ cup coconut cream
– ½ cup frozen berries of choice
– ½ cup mango or sub banana (if mango is not in season)
– 1 handful leafy greens
– 1 tsp lucuma (optional)
