This superfood smoothie is the choose-your-own-adventure of blender recipes. We show you how to make a tasty, customizable smoothie base to which you can add any of your favorite supplements and add-ins. If you’re wondering how to incorporate your various smoothie powders — tocos, camu camu, acai, cacao, maca, etc. — this recipe will show you how it’s done.


+ 1 frozen banana
+ Small handful (approx 6) frozen blueberries or sour cherries
+ Glass of coconut or almond milk
+ 1/4 avocado
+ 1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate vegan protein powder
+ 1 tsp raw almond butter
+ 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Beautyfying add-ins (choose 1-2):
+ Serving of probiotics powder or probiotics capsules (empty powder contents into smoothie, discard casing)
+ 1 tbsp tocos powder
+ 1 tsp açaí powder
+ 1 tbsp collagen peptides
+ Approx 100ml coconut kefir (reduce the amount of other liquids in the smoothie accordingly)
+ 1 tsp goji berry powder
+ 1 tsp chia seeds
+ 1 tsp cacao powder
+ 1 tsp maca powder
+ 1 tsp camu camu
+ 1 tsp ground flax seeds

Blend all ingredients and chosen add-ins together!
