1/4 cup frozen cherries

1/4 cup frozen raspberries

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/2 tsp ground turmeric

1 tbsp hemp seeds

Dash of black pepper
