Bananas and spinach contain a lot of fiber. My favorite feature of fiber-rich food is that it makes you feel full for longer. You won’t get so hungry so quickly again, which helps you to snack less. The smoothie is also great after a workout. To top it all of you get a load of iron and potassium. Potassium helps the fight against increased blood pressure and stops muscle weakness and iron keeps you vital. Almonds contain lots of healthy fats, fiber, protein, magnesium and vitamin E. The health benefits of almonds include lower blood sugar levels, reduced blood pressure and lower cholesterol levels. They can also reduce hunger and promote weight loss.

15 leaves of baby spinach
5 tblspn yogurt./ dahi
5 tblspn water
