Fix My Leaky Gut – Health Habits | Green Smoothie, Sauerkraut & Bone Broth

A lot of you have asked me to share what I have learnt, working with the dietitian for a year. So this time I will take you into my kitchen and share with you what I eat, and why. I’m going to introduce to you the delicious green smoothie I drink every morning, explain sauerkraut and with what you eat it, and you can hear why bone broth is really good for your gut.

Recipe for the seed-crackers, knækbrød:
95 g flaxseeds
95 g sesame seeds
40 g pumpkin seeds
30 g sunflower seeds
25 g Psyllium husks (Danish: frøskaller HUSK)
15 g chia seeds
1 tsp salt
mix it all together and ad 0,5 dl oliveoile, and 3 dl boiling water and mix. while its still warm, roll out half the dough between 2 sheets of bakingpaper, and then the other. Put them on baking trays and lightly slice with a knife(grooves), pans and bake for 40 min at 160 celcius.
Let them cool of and store in a bag for 5-7 ish days:)
