Superfood Smoothie – Vegan
1 frozen banana
1/2 cp frozen strawberries
1 cp frozen blueberries
1/2 packet of frozen acai puree or 1/4 cp of frozen acai berries
1 large handful of baby spinach
1 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs shelled hemp hearts
1/2 cp of rolled oats (use gluten free if needed)
1 1/2 cp of plant based milk OR water, coconut water, orange juice or any other substitutions you may want to try.
Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Yields 2 servings. Enjoy!
